Focus on Disease Treatment & Therapeutic Methods
| Disease | Treatment Method | Advantage |
|---|---|---|
| Tetralogy of Fallot | Repair surgery + Precision risk assessment | Expanded indications; mortality reduced from 13.9% to 1.1% |
| Pulmonary Atresia | Pulmonary artery unifocalization + Combined intervention | Pioneered in China; overall mortality 10.9% (international ~27%) |
| Transposition of Great Arteries | Arterial switch for older infants + PAH management | Successfully repaired ~70 "over-age" cases with zero mortality |
| Right Subaxillary Mini-thoracotomy CHD Repair | Minimally invasive right lateral mini-thoracotomy | Pioneered technique; reduced trauma; ~10,000 successful cases |
| Complex CHD with Pulmonary Hypertension | Diagnostic treatment + Perioperative cardiopulmonary protection | Innovative diagnostic treatment protocol; significantly improved safety |
